Unity Run 5K Fundraiser

This family-friendly event brings the entire community together.  This year's Unity Run 5K will have a Groovy 70s theme.  Racers and spectators are encouraged to dress the part with prizes awarded to the most Groovy racers.  Our event DJ will be spinning Groovy tracks for your enjoyment to help everyone get in the groove.  Vendors and kid activities will also be on-site.  There will also be food and drink items available for purchase before and after the race.

 

Registration:  Online Registration is available until 10 PM on (09/23/24)

                      Paper Registration Forms are accepted at the Calhoun Depot from 09/01/24 through 09/20/24.

                      Race Day Registration Ends at 6 PM on Race Day (09/24/24)

    Early Pick-Up:  10 AM to 4 PM on 09/20/24 and 09/23/24

    Race Day:  09/24/24 from 8 AM to 6 PM

 

Awards:  Overall Top Male & Female / Top Male & Female Age Divisions / Best Outfits / Most Spirited Teams / Best Booth

Chance to Win:  All participants who cross the 5K finish line will receive a chance to win $500 cash.

Race Day Schedule:

4:30 PM     Festivities Begin (Vendors, Food, and Music)

6:00 PM     Registration Closes (No Bibs issued after 6 PM)

6:15 PM     Racers Line Up

6:30 PM     Race Starts (All racers must cross the starting line by 6:10 to have time counted)

8:00 PM     Vendor and Food Booths Close

8:30 PM     Awards Ceremony
