About the event

This impact session is presented by Courtney Taylor, Gordon County EMA Director, and Tim Reeve, with GAEMA.  This Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) presentation offers direction on how to respond if confronted with an active shooter situation, including strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an event.  The topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, civilian response options, medical response, and considerations for conducting drills.
