🌟 DiSC® Discovery: Cracking the Code to Connection Through Self-Awareness 🌟
This 60-minute interactive session provides participants with a high-level introduction to the DiSC® model, a powerful framework that increases self-awareness, improves communication, and enhances collaboration. By exploring individual behavioral styles, participants will gain insights into how they naturally approach work, relationships, and problem-solving—and how to adapt more effectively to others.
Purpose:
Empower individuals and leaders to leverage the DiSC model to build stronger relationships, communicate with greater intention, and create more cohesive, productive teams.

Heather Hess is a people-focused leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. As Manager of Learning & Development at Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), she leads initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance engagement, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth.
Through her private practice, Collective Tapestry LLC, Heather serves as an independent consultant and coach. Her coaching approach is grounded in positive psychology, empowering clients to cultivate authenticity, leverage their strengths, and align with purpose and progress—both personally and organizationally.
A former Board Chair for United Way of Gordon County, Heather brings a strong sense of community, collaboration, and service to her work. She is known for her ability to connect deeply with others, design impactful learning experiences, and guide meaningful, lasting change.
Driven by her fascination with psychology and neuroscience, Heather integrates evidence-based insights into all aspects of her work—helping leaders and teams unlock potential and lead with intention.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational Development from Western Illinois University and maintains the following professional certifications (Clifton Global Strengths Coach, DiSC, CCL Leadership Benchmark, DDI Certified Trainer, etc.).
