Barton Mathews will represent his family business, Starr-Mathews Insurance, as he dances to "El Beeper" with his partner, Elsa Gonzalez. Mathews is not an experienced dancer but Gonzalez will have taught him a thing or two as they hit the stage. Gonzalez is a full-time Zumba instructor with impressive skills and serious stamina. Their routine is expected to be one of the evening's most physically challenging numbers.
